At Dillibazaar, we prioritize the fast and secure delivery of your selected products by working with local delivery services.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 5 working days for us to deliver the products to your doorstep, subject to availability.
We do our best to deliver the products on time. In case of delays
due to weather, holidays or courier companies, Dillibazaar is not liable.
DELIVERY COSTS
Standard rates apply by weight and dimensions of the shipment displayed during checkout. For orders of 100€ or more, shipping is free in Netherlands.
RETURN POLICY
At Dillibazaar, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases and that's why we offer a refund policy within 8 working days of receipt. To ensure that your return shipment is smooth, please ensure that the item is returned unused in its original condition, including the original packaging and labels. We reserve the right to inspect and refuse the return. Upon acceptance, we commit on issuing the refund within 14 working days. Please note that the customer is responsible to bear the shipping costs and we are not responsible for loss or damage of returns in transit and therefore recommend that you have your package sent by registered/insured mail.
To maintain hygiene, clothes cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns on Sale items.
IN CASE OF DEFECT OR DAMAGE
We are committed to the quality and care of our products and make sure it is delivered in good condition. Please make sure to record a video while opening the product package as proof in case of damage or defect.
